CULINARY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
If you’ve been working in a kitchen, or have taken an introductory culinary program before, and want to take your next steps to becoming a Professional Chef, then a Culinary Certificate is the right fit for you. This program is designed for the home chef, restaurant cooks, who work 40 hour weeks and/or previous culinary students use their existing knowledge and experience, while learning the fundamentals of running and leading a professional kitchen.
